  • Cancellation Policy

    We require 14 day notice for all cancellation. If you pay in full upon booking and cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will not receive a refund. Refunds due to cancellation do not include your $250 non-refundable booking fee. Refunds due to cancellation when paying in full and with more than 14 hours days notice only apply to the remaining balance, and will be returned in the original payment method.

    Cancellation due to weather (rain, snow, winds/gusts over 20mphs, extreme bad weather warnings) are subject to rescheduling and are not eligible for a refund.

    However, if you wish to cancel or reschedule due to the above mentioned extreme weather forecast, you must provide us with at least 4 hour notice prior to your booking time. Please keep in mind, after equipment is installed, sudden change in weather condition may not make the equipment suitable for use and no refund will be provided.

    We reserve the right to cancel any booking where there is potential health and/or safety risk to the customer, their guest or our staff.


    DELIVERY

    We provide free local delivery and pick up within 10 miles.

    There is a $75 charge for delivery outside the 10 mile radius.

    Delivery and pickup times will be arranged during the booking process.

    If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other unforeseen factor, we will inform you as soon as possible.

    We will not deliver, set up or leave any equipment without the final balance paid either upon arrival or prior to the event date.

    Please make sure that there are multiple accessible and working outdoor electrical outlets, adequate space, for our equipment, clear access to the site and that you have cleared the space of debris.

    If your party is on public grounds, you are responsible for all permits and requirements.

    Your are liable for the entire cost if we cannot deliver due to lack of space or accessibility.

    How do I book an inflatable Nightclub?

    Let us know the date and time of your event, as well as which package or products you are interested in.

    Will the inflatable Nightclub fit in my yard?

    Our inflatable nightclub is 30ft L x 20ft W . You must have a side entry or clear access to the space as we will not deliver through the house. You are responsible for taking measurements to ensure you have proper space with extra room on the sides.

    How many power outlets must be accessible?

    We need access to at least two separate power outlets for the inflatable nightclub. Please make sure that all outlets are in working condition prior to booking. If you are renting an air conditioning or heating unit for your event, they must be plugged into their own outlet on a separate circuit.

    Am I able to rent the inflatable nightclub during the winter season?

    Yes. Our inflatable nightclub can be equipped with a heater rental during the winter season.

    Can the inflatable nightclub be used in the rain or snow?

    The inflatable nightclub can be used during very light rain or snow as long as the electrical outlets are covered and stored safely.

    What type of surfaces can the inflatable nightclub be placed on?

    The inflatable nightclub can be placed on grass, concrete, gravel and decking. For any hard surfaces please inform us during booking for us to arrange the proper supplies.
